Vince D'Acchioli is the founder and president of On Target Ministries, a Christian outreach to men, pastors, and couples. In the past decade, Vince's seminars, workshops, church services, and so forth have touched the lives of thousands of people across the United States and Canada. His present ministry involvements include:
- Conducting "On Target Institute", a weekly ministry for some 200 men from various churches and denominations in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as well as facilitating OTI leaders' training sessions and monthly leaders meetings.
- Preparing and packaging OTI, a one-year character building curriculum for men.
- Developing the first ever men's ministry certification program for seminary level.
- Speaking at various churches, men's retreats, prayer breakfasts, and additional ministry events, presenting the "Men On Target" "Couples On Target" and "Pastors On Target" seminars across North America.
- Participating on the Executive Committee with the National Coalition of Men's Ministries.
- Working with top leadership of such organizations as Promise Keepers and many national denominations in areas related to effective men's ministry in the twenty-first century.
- Launching as a new initiative weekly "On Target Institute" radio program with KGFT Radio in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Writing his second book, "Time Out" The Six Structural Elements of an Effective Church.
- Marketing "Essentials", a new four part DVD series capturing some of the best messages from that past ten years of ministry. (available at www.ontargetinstitute.org)
Prior to founding On Target Ministries, Vince served as the Executive Vice President of Every Home for Christ, a worldwide missions ministry with offices in more than 100 countries. During the years leading up to this transition into full-time ministry, Vince functioned as the vice president of a Fortune 500 company involved in retailing, manufacturing, and wholesaling distribution.
Before moving to Colorado Springs in 1991, Vince was an elder and member of the church board at The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, California, pastored by Jack Hayford. Vince, along with his wife, Cindy, directed the ministry to married couples.
In addition to being a gifted speaker for many secular and Christian organizations, Vince is known as a stimulating presenter. His sense of humor and dynamic motivational approach enable him to effectively communicate the principles of practical discipleship and balanced spirituality, both at home and in the workplace.
Vince has also authored a number of articles for both secular and Christian publications, and his recently published first book is titled Wired To Work.
Vince and Cindy, married more than 42 years, have two daughters and five grandchildren. They live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
