2002 Church Ministry Goals

Pastors On Target Event
Through Promise Keepers, major denominations and churches we expect to conduct at least 10 Pastors On Target events with an estimated attendance of between 2-4000 pastors and church leaders. We anticipate between 35-50% of the participants to take back and apply some meaningful component of our message within their ministry.

By the end of 2002, we would like to have at least 30 churches testify to a measurable and significant improvement in their ministry.

Hire one full-time employee for the development of our church ministries department.

Church Leadership Consultations
Conduct 10 Church Leadership Consultations with an emphasis on establishing a one-year commitment to partner with them in their new process.

As part of this strategy we will document each step along the way in order to develop written curriculum as a future resource for potential application in Bible Colleges and Seminaries.

There will also be an on-going effort to document successful models throughout the US and Canada in order to expose them to the broader Body of Christ.

Electronic Ministry Model
Fully develop the TargetPoint ministry model for roll out in early 2001. We will also further develop a comprehensive list of the areas pastors struggle with most.

Procure powerful teaching series for pastors and leaders from some of the most respected teachers around the country. This would include, but would not be limited to the following: Jack Hayford, John Maxwell, H.B. London, Ted Haggard, Ed Cole, Steve Farrar, Pat Morley and Vince D'Acchioli.

Careful consideration will be given to tailor the messages to the real need of the pastors.

Hire one full-time person to oversee the broader Internet ministry model which would also include men, couples and youth.

Measurement & Follow up
Along the way numerous aggressive steps will be taken to document and measure the success of our church ministry. Our intent will be to move from the "halo effect" often associated with major events, to discovering whether or not our services are making a behavioral impact. Results will be published.
