Dear Friends,
Happy holidays partner! ‘Tis definitely the season to be jolly! We rejoice in our Savior’s
miraculous birth, and celebrate His everlasting life. He continues to live and move among us, and
the evidence of His mighty handiwork never ceases to amaze me. I am delighted to share with
you a few examples of His grace and power as experienced this past month.
I was first invited to Phoenix, AZ where I conducted the “Success That Matters” seminar (for Man
In The Mirror) at Christ Lutheran Church. It was a time of rich fellowship and growth. Twenty men
were saved that weekend!
The following Sunday I delivered the morning sermon at Bethany Bible Church (BBC). Twelve
hundred were in attendance that day and another twenty men and women came to a saving
knowledge of our Lord. We are looking forward to returning to BBC this coming March for a “Men
On Target” event.
My next venture took me away from home for almost two weeks. I was delighted to have Cindy
accompany me. Together, we led a “Couples On Target” retreat in Koostatak, Manitoba, Canada.
Our event site was the Fisher River Cre Nation Indian reserve. We enjoyed getting to know many
of the natives and their unique traditions.
On Sunday we spoke at the community church, The House of Prayer. My message was on
shaping the next generation. Six men and women made first time decisions that day. Cindy and
I will never forget our experience in Koostatak. The natives were an incredibly warm and
hospitable people. They would not let us leave without tasting one of their delicious delicacies
...fish cheeks!
From the reserve, Cindy and I flew directly to Los Angeles to attend the 2001 Pastor’s
Conference at the Church On The Way. While there, I was also able to meet with Pastor Hayford
regarding the forward that he has offered to write for our new book, “Wired To Work.” It is always
such a delight to return to our home church! What fun it was to be surrounded by so many dear
friends and family members. It was a time of great refreshment.
Before returning home, I traveled up to Santa Barbara to deliver my testimony at Trinity Church.
This was my second visit to this church, and I was delighted to be back behind their pulpit.
Fifteen men and women accepted Christ that Sunday morning!
To say that God has been good could not begin to sum up how we truly feel about His
faithfulness and provision. On Target Ministries is getting ready to embark on it’s seventh year of
outreach. We give all honor and glory to God for where we have been and for where we are now
heading. He has sustained us each step of the way, through times of blessing and times of
need.
And you my friend, have availed yourself to be one of His vessels. Whether through prayer or
through your financial giving, you have made a lasting impact on the life of this ministry! Our
prayer is that you continue to stand with us as we enter into 2001. There are lives to be won and
we are committed to the battle!
Knowing that the transition into the New Year will entail the usual financial challenge, we have
placed all trust in our great Provider. The holiday season is often sparse for an event driven
ministry. As a result, we depend mostly on the generosity of our partners during this difficult
time.
With this in mind, would you prayerfully consider a special end-of-the-year gift to On Target
Ministries? A gift of any amount would be a tremendous blessing!
On behalf of Cindy, Kristen and myself we wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a
joyous New Year! May our Father surround you and fill your home with His love and warmth.
Let’s rejoice together over the greatest gift of all...the birth of Christ our Lord!
Tidings of comfort and joy,

Vince D'Acchioli
